Important Disclaimer for Training Participants

At SafeShot Instruction, we prioritize safety and the integrity of our training programs. Please be advised that the training instructor retains the right to deny the issuance of a certificate of completion to any participant, regardless of their attendance or completion of the class, under the following circumstances:

• Inability to Follow Instructions: If an attendee demonstrates an inability to follow instructions, as determined by the instructor, which disrupts the learning experience of others or poses harm to the safety of class members, the certificate may be withheld. This includes disobeying the directives of the instructor or the range safety officer during the pistol firing range activities, which can jeopardize the safety of fellow participants.
• Improper Firearm Handling: Any form of improper behavior, such as pointing a firearm at anyone, engaging in horseplay, or handling firearms carelessly—whether loaded or unloaded—will result in the immediate non-issuance of a certificate and expulsion from the class.
• Disregard for Safety Rules: A failure to adhere to safety protocols or any form of disruption during the training session will not be tolerated.

These guidelines are established to ensure the safety of all participants and to promote a positive and effective learning environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct or violations of safety rules. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
